Is it stressful to exercise?

During this time, the company often worked overtime. After a long time, I felt that I was under a lot of pressure and I was very nervous. Can this symptom be improved by exercise?

    If there is a lot of pressure, proper exercise can relax the mood. When the person is under stress, the muscles contract and lose their normal state of relaxation. Sports can make muscles active, release stored energy, and restore normal status.
